All right, now, go easy, just need to charge the battery, nothing more...
Pika! [Bolt complies easily- sending electricity through the cord to the device.]
Yes! It's working!
[But not for long. Jolt the Emolga swoops down and onto Bolt- startling him, and causing him to lose his focus and send a huge amount of electricity to the device, which explodes smokily in Bill's face. He coughs a bit as the smoke clears, face all sooty now, bits of metal and plastic in his hair.]
